Transfer Projects
Using a transfer project model is essential in order to get fast and cost efficient results. We will handle the project management and set up a small project team (procurement team) with one or more of our dedicated employees who will work together with people from your organizations as well as with people from our supplier. We always try to minimize the actual work for our customers but having continuous follow-up meetings and a tight dialogue which makes sure that we stay on track and that we make the right decisions together with you at all times. Once the project team is set up it is time to start the transfer process. The transfer project includes preparation of sourcing routes, manufacturing engineering issues,
quality assurance, ordering prototypes for evaluation,
and making a pre-production batch.

Amplecta s quality control (QC) engineers will monitor quality revisions at given intervals on top of the factory normal QCs to make sure that the quality level always stays on top
