Chinese Supplier Network
We are currently only focusing on suppliers in Hong Kong and China, although manufacturing can be cheaper in other low-cost-countries quality in combination with volume is what we specialize in and China is the only country today that can offer both.
We conduct thorough supplier evaluations before we ad a new suppliers into our manufacturing resources. Of course we always work on expanding our network to be more competitive and wider but our pride is to work with the best only in long term relation ships. By that we offer you a well trimmed and fine tuned capacity and not a first time experience.
Different Focus
Our suppliers specialize in different manufacturing areas. Some are experts in milling, turning, and other machining. Other suppliers are experts in molding of both plastics and different metals. We also focus on sheet metal suppliers as it is an area where a lot of money can be saved. Assembly of fine mechanics or heavy mechanics is possible. Electronics assembly is an interesting area with a lot of potential as well. Our suppliers can make complete PCBs and other components mounting such as PLCs, relays, power supplies, and cabling etc.
Different Sizes
Having a range of capable Chinese suppliers with different number of employees within the same focus area is very powerful since it enables you to get a supplier where you can get good attention without making the supplier depend on you. A good rule of thumb is to aim at having about 20% of the revenue at the supplier. More than 30% makes them depend on you and less than 5-10% might put less focus on your product in favor of other bigger volume products. However, we can increase your focus at a specific supplier if we have other customers there as well. Thus, we are the direct customer to the supplier and all of our customers’ products put together make a substantial part of the supplier’s revenue.
